It’s Crazeeeeeee…

Tik Tok is everywhere.  The phenom once limited only to kids is now taking over the world and the marketing arena.  Everyone wants in.  Everybody wants to be on the platform.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Tik Tok is the “massively popular app that lets users create and share videos . Lip-synced music videos are especially popular on it. The app has given rise to a number of young social media influencers.”

TikTok is a short-form, video-sharing app that allows users to create and share 15-second videos, on any topic. And now the celebrities, influencers and brands are all over it. Challenges, comedy, side by side – super fun stuff. IT could be your next explosion by adding it to your marketing channel mix.

If you want to stay current, and promote your music, you should really check it out. But here’s a word of caution.  It can be tricky and the learning curve to really do it right can be steep.

But if you are tech savvy, no biggie. Even better, find a teenager to show you how.

This is an extensive topic and we’ve put together a basic guide to get started.  If you want a copy drop us a note at [email protected]

We’ll also be doing a “Live From MusicRow411” Q & A in June with some artists who have are having great success with the platform. Details to follow.
